Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you use Pressfit.ai, including your name, email address, company name, and job title when you submit a contact form or book a strategy call. We also collect usage data through standard web analytics, including pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs. We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment card numbers on our site, or access your CRM or customer databases unless you explicitly grant access during an engagement. If you accept marketing cookies, we may also identify business visitors through third-party services as described in the Website Visitor Identification section below.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to respond to your inquiries, deliver our services, and improve Pressfit.ai. Specifically, we use contact information to schedule calls and communicate about engagements. We use analytics data to understand how visitors use our site so we can make it more useful. We do not sell your information. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your business data shared during an engagement is used solely to deliver the services you contracted.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our business -- such as email platforms, analytics tools, and hosting providers -- but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Pressfit, our clients, or others.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. This includes using encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure hosting infrastructure, and limiting internal access to client data on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we apply industry-standard practices to safeguard your data.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@pressfit.ai.

Website Visitor Identification

With your consent, we use third-party website visitor identification services (RB2B and Leadsy) to recognize business visitors to Pressfit.ai. When you accept marketing cookies, these services may match your visit to professional contact information -- such as your name, business email address, company, and LinkedIn profile -- so our team can follow up about relevant B2B services. As part of this matching, these services may share a pseudonymous identifier with their advertising partners. This identification only runs after you grant marketing consent through our cookie banner; it is gated to Google Consent Mode advertising storage and stays disabled until you opt in, and it is never applied to visitors who decline marketing cookies. To opt out, decline marketing cookies in the banner or update your choice from the Cookie preferences link in the footer at any time. You may also contact us at contact@pressfit.ai to request that we delete any identification data we hold about you.

Cookie Policy

Pressfit.ai uses three categories of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies store your consent choice (pf_consent, 12 months) so we do not ask again on every visit. Analytics cookies are off by default and only set if you accept them; these are Google Analytics 4 cookies set through Google Tag Manager (_ga and _ga_<container-id>) used to measure pageviews and time on site, with retention configured in our analytics container, currently up to 13 months. Marketing cookies are also off by default and only enabled if you accept them; when granted, they allow third-party visitor identification services (RB2B and Leadsy) to recognize business visitors, as described in the Website Visitor Identification section above, and advertising pixels (Reddit Ads, Roku Ads, and Vibe) to measure how well our advertising on those platforms performs. We use Google Consent Mode v2 to default analytics and advertising storage to denied until you accept; GA4 may continue to send anonymous, cookieless pings to measure aggregate traffic before you choose. Open the banner from the Cookie preferences link in the footer to change your choice at any time. Your decision is stored for 12 months; after that we ask again.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Pressfit.ai after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
